Job Description
What you will do:
- Design and produce high-quality visual assets for various marketing channels, including websites, social media, email campaigns, print materials, advertisements, and product packaging.
- Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to translate ideas and concepts into visually compelling designs that drive engagement.
- Develop and maintain design consistency across all platforms, ensuring brand guidelines are adhered to in every project.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for digital products, ensuring a seamless user experience and design execution.
- Edit and retouch photos, illustrations, and other visual assets to meet the company s standards and creative direction.
- Assist in the creation of presentations, brochures, infographics, and other marketing collateral.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continuously improve design output.
- Review and give feedback on designs produced by junior designers and other team members.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative ideas for marketing campaigns and projects.
Who you are:
- Experience: 2- 4 years in brand management (agency side or tech-first brand is a plus), and you re no stranger to wealthtech or fintech, gen-z brands
- Brand Obsessed: Eye for detail, stellar project management skills, and an instinct for what works
- Data-Driven: You can turn metrics into moves and know how to make numbers make sense
- All-In Attitude: You re hands-on, execution-focused, and bring your A-game every day
