Quality Assurance - Functional/Performance Testing (3-5 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Execute manual testing to verify software functionality and performance.

- Develop and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts based on product specifications.

- Perform functional testing to ensure software features work as expected.

- Conduct regression testing to verify that new changes do not break existing features.

- Carry out usability testing to assess user experience and ease of navigation.

- Perform cross-browser testing to ensure compatibility across different web browsers.

- Log and track bugs using QA tools like JIRA or Bugzilla.

- Assist in smoke testing and sanity testing to ensure basic functionality after builds.

- Work with developers to identify, document, and resolve defects through exploratory testing.

- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to verify software meets client requirements.

Requirements :

- Strong understanding of manual testing techniques.

- Experience in functional, regression, usability, exploratory, cross-browser, smoke, and sanity testing.

- Ability to create clear and concise test cases and bug reports.

- Basic knowledge of QA tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana, Bugzilla).

- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.

- Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing life cycle (STLC).

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
