The Capacity and Resource Management (C&RM) Team Manager will be an integral member of the C&RM Team supporting such functions as updating and tracking resource and engagement forecasts, analyzing forecasting and utilization trends, as well as other data management responsibilities. The individual will continuously engage in conversations with their stakeholders to understand the business scenario and propose solutions accordingly. He/She will also assess the project pipeline, skills requirements, and open needs to provide insights into issues concerning capacity and deployment and calling out where the capacity needs to be adjusted. The individual will also be responsible for managing their teams effectively by connecting with the team members to determine their competencies, skills, and interests. He/She will also collaborate with each member to define their goals which will allow them to grow effectively in their career.
The individual will work with the business leads to highlight the business health and workable solutions/scenarios to help navigate any possible challenges. The individual will offer critical advice to the business leadership around demand and supply management, industry and market trends, and application to the current functional processes.
