Roles and Responsibilities:-

Demonstrate fair understanding of Knowledge Management principles and methodologies to identify and curate relevant content as per the KM plan or business need.

Deliver high quality tasks / projects as assigned within the time and scope defined.

Collaborate with stakeholders (in-person / virtually) to understand preferences and leverage them to improve our service and build relationships.

Create research-based Tax technical content by leveraging external sources for Federal, local and international jurisdictions to enable GT Tax practitioners to create reports for external clients.

Contribute to designing of research-based projects, also enhance the existing projects and analyze usage metrics to add value to tax practitioner s work.

Provide critical inputs to Tax leadership based on research which may also include changes and impact to tax laws and legislations.

Coordinate with the team to create, upload, and update web content as per the guidelines.

Participates in team level discussions, contributes, and shares insights / updates from the market.

Engages proactively with the stakeholder and keeps them apprised of project status, challenges, and issues.

Develop and demonstrate a good understanding of the business capabilities and assist / guide our practitioners in their knowledge driven initiatives.

Manages self and takes ownership of the task / process / project assigned, updating standard documentation where required and communicating in a timely manner.

Leverage metrics and analytics to measure impact of knowledge solutions for the assigned knowledge areas.

Identifies, shares, and implements leading practices.

Skills and Experience:-

Demonstrated ability to interface with all levels including leadership in a globally diverse environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)

Clear attention to detail

Understands Office 365 applications and collaboration platforms.

Working knowledge of SharePoint (versions 2007 or above) is preferred.

Knowledge of Power Automate, Power App and MS Teams will be an advantage.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Microsoft suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,)

Structure and present data / information using tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.

Fair understanding of Knowledge Management principles and methodologies, including taxonomy and metadata, community of practice, and knowledge harvesting.

Good understanding of professional services firms, their services, industries, and areas of business will be an advantage.

Clear attention to detail

Demonstrated ability to interface with all levels including leadership in a globally diverse environment.

Adaptive to situational demands & seeks out guidance in unclear circumstances.
