CNC Turnmill Operator

Role & responsibilities

✅ Operate and set up CNC Turnmill machines (Lathe + Milling Combo)
✅ Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T symbols
✅ Select appropriate tools, cutting parameters, and speeds for machining
✅ Perform machine programming (Fanuc, Siemens, or Haas controllers preferred)
✅ Conduct tool offset adjustments, fixture setup, and quality checks
✅ Monitor machine operations and troubleshoot issues
✅ Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
✅ Maintain 5S and safety standards in the workshop

Preferred candidate profile

✅ Experience: 2+ years in CNC Turnmill operation (VMC / HMC exposure is a plus)
✅ Education: ITI / Diploma / BE in Mechanical, Production, or related field
✅ Skills: CNC programming, tool selection, quality inspection
✅ Software Knowledge: FANUC, Siemens, Haas, or Mazak controls
✅ Location: Banglore
✅ Salary: Competitive (Based on experience) + Overtime + Incentives
