The Client Support Manager will provide operational leadership and strategic guidance to the service delivery team, ensuring the effective execution of day-to-day activities and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the team. The Manager will ensure the team has the necessary tools and resources to deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to established standard operating procedures (SOPs). Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, developing and maintaining effective working relationships with corporate client contacts, other Graebel business units, operational and shared services support teams, and Graebel partners/vendors; and serves as the leader for the team.
