Graduate Trainee Engineer - Mechanical

Role & Responsibilities

• To learn and acquire knowledge in each department for 3 months (Production Planning, Operations, QC & Process, & Customer support)
• To learn on planning daily jobs effectively for maximum production & less wastage
• Involve in Production for the resource planning
• Maximum utilization of materials and consumables
• Learn to do the product analysis for improvement
• Learn to organize the materials and consumables for the production activity
• Learn to make sure of delivery of the finished goods in time with minimum cost
• Learn to meet production schedules as per TAT
• Learn to Coordinate and engage from client requirements to finished products
• Learn to coordinate and get the day in and day out plan for production
• Learning the Supervision in process improvements / cost reduction / reducing wastages in co-ordination with production team.
• Any other works assigned by higher authority.
• Confidentiality in all aspects of job.
• Handle any additional responsibilities as and when given.
• Following & maintaining 5S, ISO, QMS, EMS standards at all the times.
• To follow safety norms and abide by the security and quality standards
