Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in project execution, including site management and supervision.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project delivery.
  
• Conduct quality control checks on construction sites to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  
• Provide technical support during installation, testing, and commissioning phases of renewable energy projects.
  
• Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge and skills related to solar energy systems.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Fresh graduate from B.Tech/B.E. (Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering).
  
• 0-2 years of experience in civil/electrical/mechanical/project engineering.
  
• Good understanding of renewable energy technologies such as solar power generation systems.
  
• Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
