Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Cold Caller / Telecaller to join our team at a leading Study Abroad Agency. The primary role of this position is to make outbound calls to potential students and clients who are interested in studying abroad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for introducing the agencys services, providing information about various educational opportunities abroad, and setting up appointments for further consultation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective students, parents, and clients to inform them about the study abroad opportunities offered by the agency.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of various universities, courses, visa processes, scholarships, and study destinations.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads by assessing the needs of potential students and matching them with relevant programs and universities.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain a positive relationship with prospective clients through clear and effective communication, providing them with information and guidance as required.
  • Data Entry & Record Keeping: Accurately update client information in the CRM system and ensure that all client communications are logged.
  • Follow-ups: Schedule follow-up calls and provide continuous updates to clients about their study abroad options, documentation requirements, and application processes.
  • Achieving Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets, contributing to the agency’s overall sales goals.
  • Feedback and Reporting: Provide feedback to the management team about customer concerns, market trends, and competition.
  • Customer Service: Offer excellent customer service by addressing client queries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to speak clearly, persuasively, and professionally.
  • Sales Skills: Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to listen actively, understand customer needs, and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time efficiently, handle multiple tasks, and keep detailed records of calls and customer interactions.
  • Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting targets or KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
  • Multitasking: Ability to handle calls, emails, and follow-ups simultaneously while ensuring excellent service quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the study abroad sector or working with educational institutions.
  • Familiarity with international education systems and visa processes.
  • Fluency in multiple languages (English, Hindi, and other regional languages) is an advantage.
