trackrecord of strategic and operational success in multinational settings or related field, with a deep understanding of the Solar EPC sectorâs, Solar Energy domestics and regional dynamics.
Role & Responsibilities
ï Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue
Targets
ï Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize their potential and performance
ï Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the company's customer base
ï Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, stakeholders
ï Analyze sales data and market insights to forecast sales projections and optimize sales
Strategies
ï Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales efforts with overall business goals
ï Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
ï Provide regular reporting on sales performance, including sales pipelines, forecasts and KPIs
ï Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to the sales team
ï Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness
ï Set current and long-term goals for internal teams
ï Design and review the Marketing departmentâs budget
ï Monitor all marketing campaigns and improve them when necessary
ï Prioritize marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly
ï Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for the Management
ï Provide guidance and ideas to organize effective marketing events
ï Need to work closely with the Top Management to develop and execute a strategy for

ï Identifying and support in recruiting new team
ï Conduct in-depth consultations with customers to understand their energy needs, provide tailored solar solutions, and present compelling value propositions

Basic Parameters:
Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in solar industry.
Qualification: B.E Electrical from a recognized institution, with good communication skills.
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
Gender: Male only
Preference: Candidates with experience in the Solar Industry are preferred, bringing an excellent understanding of the sector.
