Qualification : Master/Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineer/MBA

Experience : 10+ Years in Solar Industry

Proficiency :

  • Proven experience in sales management, with 10+ years in the Solar industry
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies
  • Solid understanding of sales techniques, methodologies and best practices
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales productivity tools
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and insights
  • Results-oriented with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving targets
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Exceptional leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire and unify teams across different cultural and operational landscapes
  • Expertise in Business Administration, Senior Management roles with a demonstrable track record of strategic and operational success in multinational settings or related field, with a deep understanding of the Solar EPC sectors, Solar Energy domestics and regional dynamics

Roles

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize their potential and performance
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the company's customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Analyze sales data and market insights to forecast sales projections and optimize sales strategies
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales efforts with overall business goals
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
  • Provide regular reporting on sales performance, including sales pipelines, forecasts, and KPIs
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to the sales team

Responsibilities

  • Formulate the brand strategy and define the brand structure for the company. Managing the overall brand communication and product strategy from brand launch to delivery and monitoring whether the brand has been successful in delivering overall customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape and best practices in sales management
  • Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness
  • Set current and long-term goals for internal teams
  • Design and review the Marketing departments budget
  • Build relationships with media and stakeholders through creative PR strategies
  • Monitor all marketing campaigns and improve them when necessary
  • Prioritize marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for the Management
  • Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth
  • Provide guidance and ideas to organize effective marketing events
  • Responsible for the day-to-day leadership, operational management and growth of the Company
  • Need to guide the organization as it moves into the next phase of growth and strategy
  • Need to work closely with the Top Management to develop and execute a strategy for achieving mission and goals
  • Excellent business analysis and judgment with the ability to proactively manage Solar business and P&L to meet objectives
  • Developing and leading a high performing professional team to carry out the organizations objectives
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring adherence to company policies and profitability targets
  • Staying updated with new products, policies and technologies
  • Implementing the strategic communications, policy, finance, marketing and technology agenda
  • Identifying and support in recruiting new team
  • Conduct in-depth consultations with customers to understand their energy needs, provide tailored solar solutions, and present compelling value propositions
  • Developing and implementing a communications strategy and serving as a spokesperson in various
  • Keeping track of the state and central policies for Solar PV (Photovoltaic)
  • Engaging and developing strong relationships with key industry stakeholder groups
