Officer /Sr. Officer / Deputy Manager - IPR

Role & responsibilities

• Experience in working for developed (US/Europe/UK) as well as emerging markets in pharma company
• Excellent understanding of preparing Patentability reports, Patent landscape reports, IP clearance reports, and Patent Validity or Invalidity search reports
• Experience in preparing infringement analysis report
• Excellent technical knowledge about various dosage forms (orals, and topical) which will help R&D in developing formulations which is aligned with IP strategy
• Experience in managing ANDA litigation, 505(b)(2), drafting defenses, Notice Letter, Paragraph IV certifications and Section viii carve-outs
• Excellent understanding of patent search databases
• Providing the support for formulation development and regulatory submission
• Experience in providing support to the business development team with necessary IP due diligences for FTF opportunity and product selection
• Experience in Patent application drafting, and filing in India, and prosecuting in different jurisdiction
