STORE Executive IN Rubber Industry

JOB RESPONSIBILIES OF STORE EXECUTIVE
Physical verification of incoming material w.r.t packing standard, quantity , quality, rate , PO, TC etc.
Proper identification, handling, preservation and storage of material to protect from deterioration, rusting , damage etc.
Keep records of all relevant MSDS and storage of material as per MSDS. Doing all relevant entries for keeping records of receipt of incoming material.
Daily issue of material as per requisition slips and making entries of all issued material.
Daily reporting of material stock status to purchase and production department
Maintain stock ledger of each item supplier-wise on daily basis. Ensure FIFO ( First IN First Out )for effective stock rotation.
Ensure material are kept in designated location with proper tagging.
Disposal of rejected and hold material in consultation with purchase / supplier.
Receiving and monitoring records of line rejection
Making JW challans, sending material for job work and receiving material after Job Work.
Monthly inventory of all items in store.
Material stock reconciliation( RM, BOP & JW items ) with respect books and physical stock.
Presenting plant level inventory data and party wise reconciliation report to top management.
Consumables issue control and preparing monthly report of it for top management review.
Proper storage and inventory maintence of spare parts and ensure no line stoppage due to non availability
of spare parts due to non availability of spare parts.
Prepare monthly report on Dead Stock, Non moving stock & Slow moving stock & disposal of it thru
discussion with top management.
Keep all store related documents updated for QMS audit purpose.
Maintain proper housekeeping of store.
Display all data and documents for visual control to avoid mistakes.
