Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential B2B clients, promoting Gourav Enterprises (Marg2.0) services.
• Understand client needs and offer suitable solutions, effectively closing sales.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through business development executive.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow up on sales leads and manage customer inquiries professionally.
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through timely support and service.
