Chief Financial Officer

Position Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Experience: 10-15 years

Salary: Up to ₹1.75 Lacs CTC per month (depending on qualifications and experience)

Preferred Gender: Female Candidate

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Strategy and Planning:

• Develop and execute financial strategies that align with the company's growth objectives.
• Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure financial goals are met.
• Advise the executive team and Board on long-term business and financial planning.
• Assess and manage financial risks, including capital allocation, investment decisions, and asset management.

2. Financial Reporting and Compliance:

• Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements under SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India), RBI, and other relevant authorities.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure audit requirements are met.
• Establish and maintain robust internal controls and financial policies to safeguard company assets.

3. Investor Relations and Stakeholder Engagement:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders.
• Prepare and present quarterly earnings reports, annual reports, and other disclosures to investors and the public.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, rating agencies, and regulatory bodies.

4. Corporate Governance:

• Ensure adherence to corporate governance standards and best practices.
• Support the Board in fulfilling its fiduciary responsibilities, including risk assessment and mitigation.
• Facilitate effective communication between the management team and the Board regarding financial performance and strategic initiatives.

5. Capital Markets and Fundraising:

• Oversee and manage the companys capital structure, evaluating the optimal mix of debt, equity, and other financing options.
• Lead fundraising efforts, including IPOs, secondary offerings, and private placements.
• Provide expert advice on mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions as needed.

6. Leadership and Team Development:

• Lead and mentor the finance and accounting teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Align team goals with organizational objectives to ensure the finance function supports the broader company mission.
• Promote the professional development and growth of finance team members to build a strong, skilled workforce.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualifications: MBA (Finance) or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• Experience: Minimum 10-15 years of experience in a senior financial role, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
• Skills:
• Strong expertise in financial strategy, financial planning, and analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of financial reporting, compliance, and regulatory standards (SEBI, RBI, etc.).
• Experience in capital markets, fundraising, and corporate governance.
• Leadership experience with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, including investors and Board members.
