Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Google Marketing Manager to lead our online advertising strategy through Google Ads, Google Search, Display, YouTube, and other Google Platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance marketing, lead generation, brand awareness, and revenue growth through Google platforms. This role demands a deep understanding of Google Ads strategies, SEO, PPC, and data-driven campaign optimizations to maximize ROI and achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Google Ads Campaign Management:
- Plan, create, and optimize high-performing Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Discovery, Performance Max) campaigns to drive maximum ROI.
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance through Google Ads Manager.
- Conduct A/B testing, optimize ad copies, and improve conversion rates.
- Search Engine Marketing (SEM):
- Execute and optimize Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns to ensure maximum reach, traffic, and lead generation.
- Leverage Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, and other SEO tools to identify profitable keywords and minimize CPA.
- YouTube & Video Marketing:
- Develop and execute effective YouTube ad campaigns for brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- Strategize YouTube SEO for better visibility and engagement.
- Google Analytics & Data Insights:
- Utilize Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Data Studio to track and measure campaign performance.
- Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
- Landing Page & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
- Collaborate with the web development team to create high-converting landing pages.
- Continuously test and optimize landing pages to increase conversion rates.
- Budget Management:
- Strategically allocate and manage Google Ads budgets to maximize ROI and minimize cost per acquisition (CPA).
- Provide weekly and monthly reports showcasing ad performance, ROI, and business impact.
- Competitor Analysis:
- Perform regular competitor analysis to identify market trends, benchmark ad performance, and stay ahead in the digital space.
- Implement new strategies and innovations in Google marketing to outperform competitors.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the content, design, SEO, and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
Key Skills Required:
- Expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Discovery, Performance Max).
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Data Studio.
- Proficient in Search Engine Marketing (SEM), PPC Campaigns, and Google Search Console.
- Ability to execute high-converting campaigns that drive leads, sales, and ROI.
- Excellent understanding of YouTube Ads, YouTube SEO, and Video Marketing.
- Experience with landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
- Google Ads Certifications (Search, Display, Video, Measurement, etc.) preferred.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale Google Ads budgets and driving exceptional ROI.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Hotjar.
