Role & Responsibilities:
- Drive the overall vision, strategy, and growth trajectory, ensuring alignment with the company's mission to deliver innovative solutions in Blockchain, AI/ML, RFID, Cyber Security, and IT services.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives and oversee the development and execution of advanced technology solutions to meet client and market demands.
- Build and sustain strategic partnerships, strengthen client relationships, and identify new business opportunities to expand market presence.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance within the organization.
- Drive operational excellence, profitability, and resource optimization by setting and monitoring organizational KPIs and goals.
- Represent the company at industry forums, fostering thought leadership and positioning as a market leader.
- Ensure financial health by managing budgets, overseeing funding and investment activities, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and governance requirements.
Desired Education, Experience, and Competencies:
- B.Tech (Computer Science) and MBA from reputed Institute, preferably from A Pedigree Institutes.
- 20+ years of leadership experience in any reputed Software technology solutions industry, with a strong focus on Blockchain, AI/ML, or similar cutting-edge domains.
- Proven track record of driving digital transformation, scaling businesses, and delivering sustainable growth.
- Expertise in strategy formulation, business development, and operational management.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire.
- Demonstrated ability to manage P&L responsibilities and build high-performing teams.
