Key Responsibilities:

- Build and scale a high-performing sales organization.

- Opportunity to grow into a broader leadership role based on performance.

- Focus on scaling existing product lines (Procure, Services, ERP, and E-Wiz) and entering untapped markets.

- Strong emphasis on leveraging strategic partnerships and global opportunities for growth.

- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team, including BDMs.

- Optimize the sales pitch and deal-closure processes, ensuring alignment with PMF and target market.

- Collaborate with marketing to drive effective lead generation and conversion strategies.

- Expand global business reach through travel and international market representation.

Key Requirements:

Experience:

- Should have lead B2B sales in organizations with a focus on technology or SaaS.

- Should be well versed with ERP.

- Preferable should have experience in global sales operations in diversified industries or in high-growth startups with proven track records in sales development.

Qualifications:

- Graduates, MBA- Sales & Marketing.
