Manager - SAP

• Qualification: Bachelor s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. A Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is highly preferred.

• Desired experience: Minimum 2 years of experience working with SAP systems and business processes.

Key Role & Responsibilities

• SAP System Management:

• Oversee the configuration, implementation, and optimization of SAP modules.

• Monitor SAP system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability and reliability.

• Coordinate with IT and SAP support teams to resolve technical problems and implement enhancements.

• Process Improvement:

• Analyse business processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend SAPbased solutions.

• Develop and document SAP processes and procedures, ensuring they align with organizational goals and compliance standards.

• Implement process changes and manage system updates to improve efficiency and accuracy.

• Data Management and Reporting:

• Ensure accurate and timely data entry and integration within the SAP system.

• Generate and analyse reports to provide insights into business performance, financial status, and operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure SAP integration with financial reporting and compliance requirements.

• User Training and Support:

• Provide training and support to end-users on SAP functionalities and best practices.

• Develop user manuals and training materials to facilitate effective use of SAP systems.

• Act as a point of contact for SAP-related inquiries and support requests.

• Compliance and Security:

• Ensure SAP systems comply with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

• Monitor and manage system security to protect sensitive business data and prevent unauthorized access.

• Project Management:

• Lead or participate in SAP-related projects, including system upgrades, integrations, and new implementations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and deliver solutions on time and within budget.
