Zoho CRM Business Development ConsultantWe are seeking a skilled Zoho CRM Business Development Consultant to join the Business Solutions Division at GoldenLion. This division specializes in empowering customers through business process automation solutions designed to enhance operational efficiency. Our offerings include the implementation of industry-specific CRM solutions built on the Zoho platform, along with other tailored process automation solutions.
- 3-7 years as a CRM Business Development Consultant
- Proven success in converting prospects into customers
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
- Prior experience with Zoho CRM is highly desirable
- Engage with prospective customers to understand their business processes and requirements
- Develop tailored solution plans to address customer needs
- Deliver personalized presentations showcasing the proposed solution
- Estimate work efforts and draft detailed proposals
- Address customer questions and objections to successfully convert prospects into customers
- Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure projects are completed successfully and on time
- Partner with the marketing team to devise innovative strategies for attracting and retaining clients
