Architect / Interior Designer

Design interior layouts and spaces of residential, commercial properties. 

Analyze space constraints and devise creative solutions to maximize the potential of interior spaces while maintaining functionality and comfort.

Choose interior finishes, furniture, lighting, and fixtures that fit the design concept, considering quality, budget, sustainability, and durability.

Collaboration with Projects Team & Create detailed design layouts, 3D renderings, and models, including the specification of materials, textures, and color schemes.

Technical Proficiency in Design Software proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering tools.

Education/Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior design from an accredited institution.

2- 3 years of experience in the architecture and construction industry.
