Utility Incharge

A Utility Incharge is responsible for managing and maintaining the utility services within an organization. Their key responsibilities typically include:

• Oversee the operation of utility systems such as Water, ETP / STP / WTP / RO Plant, Cooling Towers, Boilers etc
• Ensure the continuous and efficient supply of utilities to meet organizational needs.

• Respond promptly to utility outages or malfunctions and coordinate repairs.
3. Compliance and Safety:
• Ensure all utility operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to protect employees and equipment.
4. Energy Management:
• Monitor energy consumption and develop strategies to reduce usage and costs.
• Implement energy-saving initiatives and technologies.
5. Vendor Management:
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for utility-related services.

6. Emergency Preparedness:
