Job Description
Ujjivan Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for Gold Loan Officer to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers in person, over the phone, or through email to understand their gold loan requirements, explain loan terms and conditions, and provide assistance throughout the loan application process.
- Gold Valuation: Assist in evaluating the purity and value of gold items presented as collateral for loans. Use testing kits or other approved methods to accurately determine gold purity and weight.
- Documentation: Collect, review, and organize documents required for loan applications, including identification proof, address proof, income documents, and documents related to the pledged gold.
- Loan Processing: Assist in processing loan applications by accurately inputting customer information into the loan management system, verifying data accuracy, and ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.
- Loan Disbursement: Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely disbursement of approved loans. Provide customers with information regarding loan disbursement procedures and timelines.
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide support to ensure a positive customer experience throughout the loan lifecycle.
- Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory requirements and internal policies related to gold loan processing, documentation, and customer interactions. Maintain confidentiality of customer information and comply with data protection regulations.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining an inventory of pledged gold items, ensuring proper storage, security, and documentation of all gold assets.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on gold loan transactions, disbursements, and other relevant metrics as required by management.
