GoKwik - IT Operations Manager - Jira/Ticketing System (6-10 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- IT Asset and Software License Inventory Management.

- Proven capability of Supporting Remote Staff spread across multiple regions over a dedicated remote assistance tool.

- Coordinate with and support external Vendors in terms of adhering warranty of faulty machines.

- Manage Installation, upgrades, and configuration of hardware and software used in organization setup.

- Adherence to weekly, monthly, and quarterly audit activities run by the IT Ops department such as inventory health checks, system security checks, etc.

Requirements :

- Knowledge of any MDM solution that supports all operating systems is a must.

- Knowledge of the Jira Ticket System platform.

- Result-driven, customer-focused, and accountability-minded.

- Ability to work in fast fast-paced environment with competing and shifting priorities.

- Good communication skills with sound knowledge of email writing.

- SOP document writing skills if asked.

- Sound knowledge of MacOS environment.

- 6-10 years of experience.

- Good experience in team management.

- Good exp. in managing IT Budgeting, IT audits, IT procurement, and Mac troubleshooting.
