Advocate Lawyer

We are law firm having both litigation and non litigation wings. We are looking for four advocates. Two for litigation wing and two for non-litigation.

1. Basic role for litigation advocate will include attending court hearings, attending new client call, attending client meetings, drafting of the matters including legal notice, reply, suits, written statement, evidence, complaints and all types of legal draftings. Litigation advocates will be joining our office at crawford market.

2. Basic role for non-litigation and intellectual property law advocate will include drafting of reply to examination reports, notice of Oppositions, counter statement, evidence, drafting of any type of deeds, agreements, affidavits, NOC, MOU, Indemnity bonds, POA. Basically all and any type of non-litigation and/or litigation drafting. Non litigation advocate will be joining our Jogeshwari office.
