Job Description

• Proven experience in developing and conducting training for blue-collar employees and production teams.

• Implement customer-driven training initiatives to meet business goals and improve employee performance.

• Should be well versed with the concept of Lean and 5S.

• Facilitate training sessions for mid-management staff at the factory level.

• Willingness to travel to factory locations to conduct training sessions for employees.

Skills required

• Proficiency in English and regional languages (Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu).

• Time Management & Attention to Detail.

• Ability to use Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word) for creating training materials.
