Job Description

We are looking for candidates who has at least 2 year prior experience in handling accounts for Apartments, Villa communities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all accounting transactions
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
- Generate financial reports and share it with treasurer
- Support month-end and year-end close process
Requirements and Skills:
- Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles
- 2 years of work experience as an Accountant
- Experience with general ledger functions
- Experience with Apartment ERP software like MyGate (or) Adda (or) Apna Complex or No broker Hood application is a plus.
