About the role

This role is a part of Revenue team of Corporate Business. The candidate is required to work closely with the alliances managers to lead the data reporting, monitoring and tracking requirements of the banks and tourism boards.

What will you be doing

• Understand key business drivers/ metrics to create value and business impact through data availability, visualization and analysis.
• Establish reporting and information sharing cadence with key / senior stakeholders in the form of monthly/quarterly/annual business dashboards (including reports on business performance, key rollouts or features, budget utilization, ROI calculation, KAM Scorecards, etc.).
• Building & Tracking MIS & business intelligence reports for various KRAs.
• Identify and interpret trends or patterns in complex datasets to perform ad-hoc analyses
• Automate and schedule daily report generation.
• Lead miscellaneous duties/projects as assigned as per the team requirements.
• Coordinating closely with various departments like Marketing, Product, Corporate etc. to ensure all their needs are catered.

Qualification & Experience

Graduation from reputed institute with 3-4 years of experience in data analytics (SQL & Advanced Excel), analyzing data trends and reporting

Key Success Factors for the Role

• Data analytics ability - advanced SQL, Advanced MS Excel.
• Exposure to BI tools like Omniture/Redash, Python is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (including macro creation), MS PowerPoint.
• Must have a grasp on numbers and willing to handle large volumes of data.
• Should be able to communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.
• Should be a good team player and a quick learner with an aptitude to pick up things fast.
• Must be dynamic with a strong sense of responsibility and positive attitude.
• Must be a Strong multi-tasker and project juggler.
