About the Opportunity:

Role: Category Manager - International Hotels

Level: Assistant Manager

Location: Gurgaon

Reporting to: Deputy Manager - Category Management

About the role:

They will be responsible for managing the International Hotels category for various short

haul destinations & US. The category manager would be leading the growth and analytics

charter along with performance management for the geographies. The role will involve

interactions with stakeholders across multiple teams of product, category, supply and

revenue.

About the function :

This role will be part of the International hotels category team, wherein the incumbent will

lead the growth initiatives and analytics charter for the designated category. She will be a

techno functional expert and will act as the point of contact for various strategic projects.

The role will involve interactions with senior stakeholders across multiple teams including

supply, revenue, marketing

What will you be doing :

- Owning and tracking the performance end to end of short haul countries & US.

- Measuring and improving output metrics such as Room Nights, GMV, GRASP, Visits &

Conversion

- Executing projects to improve input metrics such as Ranking, Filters, Hyper-locations,

Points of Interest, City Maps & Boundaries, Indianness and Overall Content

(will prefer someone who has a context of how Indian tourists travel internationally and

appreciates key challenges faced by a consume around location, Indian food etc)

- Provide actionable insights and drive execution of multiple projects along with various

stakeholders

- Should have an ability to drive stakeholders basis his/her own data based

insights and opinions

- Building and Tracking MIS and business intelligence reports for various metrics

Qualification & Experience :

Post-graduate preferably from tier-1 campus with 1-2 years of experience in category

management
