Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sourcing Executive to manage supplier relationships & Supply of Trucks for FTL.

And negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective procurement of quality goods and services. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, market knowledge, and the ability to identify and onboard reliable vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

Supply of Trucks for FTL

Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors based on company requirements.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with Fleet Owners/Vendors

Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors and assess their performance.

Monitor market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Ensure timely procurement and delivery of goods/services.

Coordinate with internal teams to align vendor sourcing with business needs.

Maintain vendor databases and documentation.

Ensure compliance with procurement policies and company standards.

Language - English, Tamil, Hindi (Mandatory)

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Any Bachelor's degree ,or degree related to Supply Chain Management, or related field.

Experience in vendor sourcing, procurement, or supply chain.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to analyze market trends and supplier performance.

Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software.
