Job Summary:

We are looking for an Executive to manage Fleet owner/Transport Vendor supplier relationships & Supply of Trucks for FTL ((Truck/Vehicle Placement) ).

The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, market knowledge, and the ability to identify and onboard reliable vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

Supply of Trucks for FTL

- Identify and onboard new Fleet Owners/Vendors based on company requirements (FTL).

- Ensure timely supply and placements of Trucks/Vehicles for FTL (Line Haul) business i.e. 20Ft, 32 Ft etc.

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with Fleet Owners/Vendors

- Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors and assess their performance.

- Monitor market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.

- Liaison between Fleet Owners and central teams and other stakeholders to drive business needs.

- Maintain vendor databases and documentation.

- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and company standards.

Language - English, Tamil, Hindi (Mandatory)

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Any Bachelor's degree ,or degree related to Supply Chain Management, or related field.

Experience in vendor sourcing, procurement, or supply chain.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to analyze market trends and supplier performance.

Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software.
