Key Responsibilities:
Conduct real-time inspection of plastic injection moulded products on the production line to ensure they meet specified quality standards.
Verify product dimensions, appearance, and functionality using appropriate measuring tools and inspection techniques.
Monitor production processes and identify any deviations from quality standards, reporting issues promptly to the production supervisor or quality control team
Perform regular checks of raw materials and components to ensure compliance with established specifications.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspection results and prepare quality reports as required.
Support root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for identified defects or process inconsistencies.
Collaborate with the production and quality teams to develop and refine inspection methods and processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards during all quality inspection activities
Qualifications:
ITI or Bachelor of Engineering in a field relevant to plastic and injection molding.
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
