Position: Immigration Consultant/Students Counsellor

About the Role: We are seeking motivated and dynamic Immigration Consultants to join our team in multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably with experience in the immigration or study abroad sector. As an Immigration Consultant, you will assist clients with their immigration and study abroad needs, providing them with expert advice and support throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Consultation: Provide detailed guidance to clients regarding immigration and study abroad procedures, including visa requirements, documentation, and application processes.

- Sales and Targets: Achieve sales targets set for immigration and study abroad services. Proactively identify and approach potential clients to promote our services.

- Customer Service: Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing client queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

- Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with clients throughout their application process to provide updates and additional support as needed.

- Networking: Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, immigration authorities, and other relevant organizations.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in any field; additional qualifications in immigration or related fields are advantageous.

- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales role, preferably with a target-driven approach. Experience in immigration or study abroad services is highly desirable.

- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

- Languages: Fluency in English and local languages (Malayalam, Hindi) is preferred.
