Job Description
Role & responsibilities -
Experience - Should possess min 2 - 3 years of planning + 1 to 2 years in execution experience in large construction projects (preferably residential multi- storeyed apartment complex / townships)
Type of Experience - Experience in planning various activities of the projects, Resource planning , Cost planning & coordinating with all departments, micro planning of preconstruction and construction activities
Preferred candidate profile -
1. Attention to detail
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills
3. Technical skills
4. The motivation and desire to solve complex engineering issues
5. Hands on in software: MSP, ASTA [preferred]
