Role Summary:

1. Leads the design and development of AR/VR/XR visual solutions for the real estate industry.

2. Manages multiple projects and independently develops apps with gamification features related to the site.

3. Possesses in-depth knowledge of digital twin technologies, simulation methodologies, and data integration techniques.

4. Experienced in hosting applications on the web using available cloud services.

5. Demonstrates expertise in creating realistic visuals in AEC, with UI/UX experience, and proficiency in developing dashboards and reports.

6. Proficient in Unity 3D, Maya, Blender, and Unreal Engine.

7. Proven experience in VR/AR app development and adaptation to the latest technology, such as Apple Vision Pro or other cutting-edge gadgets.

Who are we looking for

Qualification:

Applicants should be Graduates in B. Arch . The candidate must have delivered one or more tech transformation projects similar to those mentioned in the JD.

Minimum 10+ years of relevant industry experience of concept to implementation for any sector with correlation to real estate
