Content Creator - Instructional Writer

Job Purpose

We are seeking an instructional writer to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate should possess excellent writing skills, analytical thinking abilities, and basic graphic design skills. As an instructional writer, you will be responsible for creating clear and concise instructional materials that enable learners to achieve their learning goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Graduate in any stream
• Familiarity with instructional design principles and theories
• Experience in technical writing, instructional design, or a related field preferred
• Knowledge of graphic design and experience of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) will be an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of experience needed

Educational Qualification:

Minimum Graduate in any stream

Experience:

1-5 years relevant experience

Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to create visually appealing documents
• Strong aesthetic sense
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing project requirements.
