Job Description:

- Ensuring timely launch of new product and maintaining product quality

-Reviewing product and drawing specifications and feedback to design on manufacturing feasibility & processes

- Preparing product and process development plan

- Ensuring vendor evaluation and improvement plan

- Defining process and tool for new products.

-Releasing RFQ (Request for quotation) to suppliers for BO(Bought out) parts and tooling.

- Coordinating with purchase team for timely completion of commercial negotiation for BO (Bought out) parts and tooling.

-Coordinating with plant team and suppliers for new product development

-Establishing product quality plan and control plans.

- Ensuring tool verification asper plan and fool-proofing

- Conducting process & tool validation and build process capability for new products.

- Issuing resolution at various stages of product development and capture in action plan report.

- Attending daily work flow meeting.

- Preparing product validation report and improvement plan

- Preparing SOPs (Standard operating procedure) & process specifications for new products.

-Coordinating with purchase team & plant team for timely organizing material from vendors as well as plants at various stages of product development.

- Reviewing drawings, packaging and BOM (Bill of Material).

- Ensuring quality of parts/products as per drawing specifications for all NPI (New Product Introduction).

- Preparation of RPA ( Robotic process automation) input file and coordination with stakeholders for system set-up.
