Key Result Areas:
1. Onboarding Carpenters & Contractors for GVLC 2. Get active Carpenter / Contractor for GVLC. 3. Tertiary Sales generation through GVLC program 4. Influencer management: Carpenter and Contractor 5. Meets and product knowledge upgrade
Job Description:
The incumbent would be responsible for the following: 1. Monitoring Product & Segment wise tertiary sales through GVLC program 2. Monitoring and improving wallet share of Platinum Club Members - Plan to achieve 50% by FY-25 3. Generating sales from NPD / NPI 4. Identification of new carpenters and contractors for GVLC 5. Enrolment of new carpenters and contractors for GVLC 6. Activation of dormant members 7. Managing engagement activities (Personal Meet / CCRP meet / Carpenters meet) 8. Ensuring Process hygiene and benchmarking 9. Training to Carpenters and Contractors for better reach to market and expanding channels 10. Sales promotion plan & execution for the community

Promotion and appraisal are very stringent. It could take years to come at a higher position which could be achieved outside with that level of experience. Salary structure is okay with very less benefit for employees or with no other benefits.
