Job Description:

We are looking for Business Analyst to join our team for a large-scale migration project. This project involves transitioning from Salesforce to HubSpot and Chargebee, and the primary responsibility of this role is to analyze and document workflows and processes to ensure a seamless migration. Must have excellent analytical and communication skills to perform gap analysis, interact with stakeholders, and create comprehensive documentation for the new systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Requirement Analysis:

• Understand Salesforce workflows and compare them with HubSpot and Chargebee.
• Identify differences, challenges, and solutions for a smooth migration.

✅ Stakeholder Communication:

• Work with teams to understand business needs and process changes.
• Clearly document and communicate updates to all stakeholders.

✅ Documentation:

• Create process flows, system requirements, and user guides.
• Maintain detailed records of decisions and updates.

✅ Workflow Design:

• Map and optimize new workflows for efficiency and alignment with business goals.

✅ Collaboration:

• Work closely with project managers and technical teams.
• Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams to ensure clarity.

✅ Testing & Validation:

• Assist in testing HubSpot and Chargebee to ensure they meet business needs.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training materials.

Skills & Qualifications:

✔ Business Analyst experience, preferably in system migration.

✔ Strong process documentation and gap analysis skills.

✔ Solid experience with HubSpot.

✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

✔ Knowledge of change management, workflow tools, and data migration is a plus.

This role requires someone who can analyze, document, and communicate effectively to ensure a successful migration.
