Assistant Engineer DCS (Distributed Control System) Production

Role & responsibilities

• Ensure batch availability (maintain high level in furnace hopper) and continuous feed to furnace.
• Maintenance of key process parameters as per Instruction of Area-in-co-ordinator / Shift-Leader.
• Reporting process related problem for their solutions.
• Coordination between maintenance and production in respect of maintenance activities to ensure proper communication.
• Monitoring and control of concerned area thro DCS.
• Shift relieving and reporting.
• Reporting maintenance related problems, raising job request and handing / taking over of equipment.
• Batch availability
• Correct proportion of raw materials in batch mixing.
• Over head water tank levels

* Oil level in day tank ( 3 KL tank )

* Awareness Integrated Management System - Quality, Environment & OHSAS

* Awareness of Energy Management Systems
