Executive, Asst. Manager - Technical Support - Steel & CPC

Role & responsibilities

• The incumbent would understand CPC (Calciniszed Petroleum Coke)/ Steel product, applications and solutions and effectively communicating these to clients/customers, sales team with focused attention on steel industry.
• Provide technical support to Business Manager with respect to product specifications, partner with business to understand the customers requirement and explore innovative ways of product usage.
• Find usage of different carbon raisers in various industries, procure and support sales.
• Connect with different industries and find their requirements.
• Provide technical guidance to customers, sales team and other stakeholders to drive sales and ensure consumer satisfaction.
• Lead product development and enhancement to existing product basis customer feedback and market trends.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in CPC industry

Preferred candidate profile

• An ideal candidate should be a Metallurgical/Chemical Engineer or BSc in Chemistry. Should have sound knowledge about steel industry, its products specifications, composition of products.
• Should be from Steel/CPC Industry
