Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Business Operations Manager to oversee and enhance operational processes, develop effective strategies, and optimize supply chain management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving process improvements, streamlining operations, and managing supply chains to meet business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and 7+ years of experience in business operations and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Operations Management:

• Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and alignment with organizational goals.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance workflow and performance.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency across operations.

2. Process Optimization:

• Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies.
• Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase profitability.
• Utilize data and performance metrics to evaluate the success of process improvements.

3. Operational Strategy Development:

• Collaborate with leadership to define and execute operational strategies that align with organizational objectives.
• Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify opportunities for operational growth and innovation.
• Implement change management initiatives to support new operational strategies and processes.

4. Supply Chain Management:

• Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
• Negotiate contracts and build strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Ensure timely delivery of products and services while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards.

5. Team Leadership and Collaboration:

• Lead cross-functional teams to execute operational strategies and initiatives successfully.
• Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
• Provide mentorship, training, and performance evaluations to team members.

6. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Prepare and present reports on operational performance to senior leadership.
• Recommend actionable insights based on data analysis to improve business outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills:

Required:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in business operations, process optimization, operational strategy, and supply chain management.
• Proven experience in leading operational improvement projects and managing supply chain processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Proficiency in supply chain and operations tools, such as ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and process management tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

• Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) in a related field.
• Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or Project Management Professional (PMP).
• Experience in managing global supply chains and working with geographically distributed teams.
