Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with 5-9 years of experience in IT and business strategy. The successful candidate will play a critical role in bridging IT and business teams, leveraging advanced business intelligence, optimizing processes, and implementing technology solutions to drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document complex business requirements and processes.
2. Lead the design and implementation of advanced business intelligence solutions to deliver data-driven insights.
3. Proactively identify inefficiencies in business processes and drive strategic process improvement initiatives.
4. Act as a strategic liaison between IT and business teams to align technology solutions with business objectives.
5. Conduct workshops, presentations, and stakeholder meetings to gather and communicate requirements.
6. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business cases, process flows, and functional specifications.
7. Monitor the success of implemented solutions using key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics.
8. Oversee and support the end-to-end implementation of IT systems, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation review.
9. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
10. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to provide innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Experience: 5-9 years of progressive experience in business analysis, business intelligence, or IT strategy roles.
• Technical Knowledge: Extensive experience with business intelligence tools, data analysis methodologies, and process optimization techniques.
