Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 3-5 years of expertise in IT and business strategy. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between IT and business teams, driving business intelligence initiatives, optimizing processes, and implementing technology solutions that align with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements for IT and business strategy initiatives.
2. Design and implement business intelligence solutions to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
3. Evaluate existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.
4. Serve as a liaison between IT and business teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
5. Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to identify business needs and project goals.
6. Develop and maintain documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and data models.
7. Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
8. Support the development, testing, and deployment of IT systems and enhancements.
9. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business priorities.
10. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, business intelligence, or process improvement roles.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of business intelligence tools, data analysis techniques, and process optimization methodologies.
