Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between IT and business teams, optimizing processes and implementing technology solutions that align with organizational goals. You will leverage your expertise in business intelligence, process improvement, and data analysis to drive strategic initiatives and enhance decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
2. Work closely with IT teams to develop and implement technology solutions tailored to business needs.
3. Perform data analysis to identify trends, provide insights, and support decision-making processes.
4. Develop business intelligence reports and dashboards to track KPIs and organizational performance.
5. Identify areas for process improvement and recommend strategies for optimization.
6. Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical teams.
7. Support the testing and deployment of new systems or enhancements to existing systems.
8. Prepare and present reports, proposals, and findings to management and other stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills

• Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in business analysis, IT strategy, or related fields.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Knowledge of data analysis techniques and tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
• Understanding of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in bridging gaps between IT and business teams.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
• Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or relevant BI certifications are a plus.
