Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Software Engineer with 1–3 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain software applications that address business needs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, C++, and Python, as well as proficiency in Agile Development methodologies and exceptional problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Software Development:
• Design, code, test, and deploy software solutions based on business requirements.
• Ensure code quality through best practices such as code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to coding standards.
2. Application Maintenance:
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues.
• Implement updates and enhancements to existing applications.
3. Collaborative Development:
• Work within an Agile development environment, participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into technical solutions.
4. Problem-Solving:
• Analyze complex technical problems and develop innovative, scalable solutions.
• Optimize application performance and reliability.
5. Documentation:
• Prepare technical documentation for reference and reporting purposes.
• Maintain detailed records of software design and changes

• Proficiency in Java, C++, and Python for software development.
• Strong understanding of Agile Development practices and workflows.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in software development or a similar role.
