Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with 5-6 years of experience in the insurance domain. The ideal candidate will play a key role in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for insurance-related projects. They will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional specifications. The candidate should have a strong understanding of the insurance industry, including core systems, and be able to deliver solutions that meet client requirements and enhance business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to ensure that insurance-related projects meet business objectives.
• Collaborate with both business and technical teams to define functional specifications and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Document business processes, requirements, and workflows for insurance systems and solutions.
• Work closely with product owners, project managers, and developers to ensure that business requirements are fully understood and implemented effectively.
• Participate in testing and validation processes to ensure that solutions meet the defined requirements.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Ensure successful project delivery by tracking requirements and supporting project teams throughout the lifecycle.
• Assist in the preparation of training materials and user documentation as needed.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
