Key skills for the job
1.
Manage all import documentation requirements and ensure timely processing of customs and import-related paperwork.
2.
Handle and process all purchase entries into the system, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
3.
Ensure proper documentation for each purchase is in place (purchase orders, invoices, delivery receipts, etc.).
4.
Coordinate with the finance and accounts teams for accurate billing and payments.
5.
Maintain and update item master data, with a special focus on pricing updates and management.
6.
Ensure all products are correctly categorized, and pricing information is accurate.
7.
Conduct regular internal stock audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of stock data.
8.
Ensure proper management of supplier quality documentation, including product specifications, quality certifications, and audits.
9.
Review and monitor stock levels at both production and service locations to ensure inventory levels are adequate.
10.
Ensure proper stock rotation and reordering processes are in place.
11.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely closure of credit notes (CN) for return stock.
Education:
o
Bachelors degree in engineering, supply chain management, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
o
2+ years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or logistics.
o
Experience with import documentation and forwarder coordination is preferred.
Skills:
o
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
o
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
o
Familiarity with ERP or supply chain management software is a plus.
o
Excellent communication skills for both internal and external interactions.
o
Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
