• Report and assist Project Manager on project functions include - site management, risk control management etc.
• Supervise and lead a team of workers and sub-contractors to perform on-site work.
• To plan, organize and manage site operation to ensure efficient delegation of duties and responsibilities.
• To supervise the execution of all interior works including subcontractors and ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with contract specification/bills of quantities, construction drawings, companys quality standards, Environmental, Safety & Health (ESH) practices.
• Prepare and write daily reports related to site works, progress of works and to ensure routine maintenance of machines is carried out according to schedule.
• Liaise with client or consultant for site inspections, submission of necessary technical reports and ensure necessary records are maintained at site.
• To attend site meetings.
• To ensure meeting deadlines for project completion.

Preferred candidate profile

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor at GM Associates in Gurugram. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring adherence to project timelines, coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, monitoring construction progress, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
