AUTO CAD Draftsman

and Role & responsibilities:

1) Creating precise and detailed technical Interior drawings using AutoCAD software.

2) To provide technical support to the marketing department & be able to co-ordinate with the clients.

3) Preparing Proposal (furniture) layouts, BOQs (BILL OF QUANTITIES) and executing the project on time will be part of the Job Profile.

4) Collaborating with engineers, architects and project managers to understand Interior design specifications and requirements.

5) Revising and updating Interior drawings, based on client feedback and project changes.

6) Ensuring that Interior drawings comply with industry standards, regulations and project guidelines.

7) Assisting in the preparation of project documentation and reports.

8) Reviewing and interpreting sketches, layouts, and specifications.

9) Generate 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD software.

10) Organise and maintain Interior drawing files and project documentation.

11) Coordinate with other drafters and team members to ensure consistency in drawings.

12) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate design changes and updates.

13) Conduct quality checks to ensure Interior drawings meet industry standards.Meet project deadlines and timelines for drawing submissions.

Auto Cad Draftsman should be a professional who utilizes AutoCAD software to create detailed technical drawings and plans, primarily focusing on 2D and 3D design elements, by translating conceptual ideas into actionable blueprints for projects in various industries like architecture, engineering, collaborating closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure designs meet project specifications and industry standards while maintaining accuracy and precision in their drawings.
